摘 要:教师作为课程管理的主体,在我国的课程管理中是被忽视的对象。教师课程管理的内涵包括教师课程认知管理是教师课程管理的意识起点、教师课程能力管理是教师课程管理的素质重点、教师课程资源管理是教师课程管理的素质后盾。提升教师课程管理的价值有助于完善课程管理机制,切实保障课程实施成效,有利于提升教师专业发展,有益于促进学生和谐发展。制定教师课程管理实践策略应加强教师理论素养,提升课程认知;提升教师课程管理能力,增强课程实施效果;丰富课程资源,优化课程实施环境。As the subject of curriculum management,teachers' are neglected in curriculum management in our country.The connotation of teachers curriculum management includes that teachers curriculum cognitive management is the starting point of teachers curriculum management,teachers' curriculum ability management is the quality focus of teachers curriculum management,and teachers curriculum resource management is the quality backing of teachers curriculum management.The value of teachers' curriculum management helps to improve the curriculum management mechanism,effectively ensure the effectiveness of curriculum implementation,improve teachers professional development,and promote students harmonious development.The practical strategies of teachers curriculum management are that we should strengthen teachers theoretical literacy to improve curriculum cognition,improve teachers' curriculum management ability to enhance the effect of curriculum implementation and enrich curriculum resources to optimize curriculum implementation environment.
