摘  要:低碳城市建设不仅是实现“双碳”目标的重要环境规制政策,而且为企业实现数字化转型提供了良好的契机。本文基于2005~2021年A股上市企业数据,以低碳城市试点为准自然实验,利用多期DID模型,探究低碳城市建设对企业数字化转型的影响。研究结果发现:(1)低碳城市建设能够显著促进企业数字化转型,在经过一系列的稳健性检验后,所得结论依旧成立;(2)低碳城市建设对非国有企业和高科技企业的数字化转型影响更大;(3)低碳城市建设主要通过增进企业绿色技术创新和缓解融资约束两种机制促进企业数字化转型。本文对实现低碳发展和促进企业数字化转型的政策构建具有参考意义。Low carbon city construction pilot is an important environmental regulation policy to achieve the goal of“double carbon”,but in the wave of digitalization,this policy provides a good opportunity for enterprises to realize digital transformation.Based on the data of A-share listed enterprises from 2005 to 2021,the article explores the promotion effect of low-carbon city construction pilot on enterprises'digital transformation by using a multi-period DID model as a quasi-natural experiment.The research finds that:(1)low-carbon city construction can significantly promote the digital transformation of enterprises,and the conclusions obtained still hold after a series of robustness tests;(2)low-carbon city construction has a greater impact on the digital transformation of non-state enterprises and high-tech enterprises;(3)low-carbon city construction promotes the digital transformation of enterprises mainly through two mechanisms:enhancing enterprises'green technological innovation and alleviating financing constraints.This paper is informative for the construction of policies to achieve low-carbon development and promote the digital transformation of enterprises.
