摘 要:观察敏咳方对咳嗽变异性哮喘豚鼠血清中炎性介质含量的影响,探讨敏咳方治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的部分机制。将豚鼠随机分为空白组、孟鲁司特钠组、敏咳方常量组、敏咳方高剂量组和模型组,采用复制咳嗽变异性哮喘豚鼠模型造模,分别给予药物治疗2周(除空白组),观察各组豚鼠咳嗽次数和血清标本中IFN-γ、IL-4和CCL11的含量。结果表明,与模型组比较,经药物干预的3组豚鼠咳嗽次数明显减少(P<0.05),与孟鲁司特钠组比较,敏咳方高剂量组豚鼠咳嗽次数明显减少(P<0.05);与模型组比较,经药物干预的3组豚鼠血清IL-4和CCL11的含量下降,IFN-γ含量升高(P<0.05);与孟鲁司特钠组比较,敏咳方高剂量组IL-4和CCL11的含量下降,IFN-γ含量升高(P<0.05)。敏咳方可降低咳嗽变异性哮喘豚鼠血清IL-4和CCL11的含量,升高IFN-γ含量。敏咳方通过减少炎症介质产生,抑制气道炎症,增强人体免疫力能达到治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果,且高剂量敏咳方对咳嗽变异性哮喘豚鼠疗效最为显著。To observe the effect of minke Prescription on Inflammatory Mediators in Guinea Pig Cough Variant Asthma.To explore some of the mechanisms of the treatment of cough-variant asthma.Divided into 5 groups,including the control group,montelukast sodium group,the conventional dose group of MinkePrescription,the high dose group of Minke Prescription,and the model group,replicating cough variant asthma guinea pig model modeling,Guinea pig drugs were given for 2 weeks(except the control group).The number of coughs in guinea pigs and the contents of IFN-γ,IL-4 and CCL11 in serum samples were observed.The results show that:Compared with the model group,the number of coughs of guinea pigs in the three groups treated with drug intervention was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and compared with the montelukast sodium group,the number of coughs in the high-dose group of the sensitive cough formula was significantly reduced(P<0.05),and compared with the model group,the serum IL-4 and CCL11 contents of the three groups of guinea pigs treated with drug intervention decreased and the content of IFN-γincreased(P<0.05).Compared with the montelukast sodium group,the content of IL-4 and CCL11 decreased in the high-dose group of Minmu formula,and the content of IFN-γincreased(P<0.05).Minke Prescription can reduce the serum IL-4 and CCL11 levels and increase IFN-γcontent in cough�variant asthma guinea pigs.By reducing the production of inflammatory mediators,inhibiting airway inflammation,and enhancing human immunity,the effect of treating cough-variant asthma is achieved,and high-dose minke Prescription has the most significant effect on cough-variant asthma guinea pigs.
