摘  要:职业呼唤是一种注重精神追求的高层次职业取向,与许多积极工作结果相关。然而现实情况下多数个体无法感知到呼唤,因此呼唤前因的系统探索对于帮助个体更好地发展呼唤具有重大意义。文章基于意义构建理论框架把零散的呼唤前因整合为身份、行动和环境因素三大类,并探讨了三因素之间的相互关系,及其交互作用对呼唤感知的影响,进一步明确了呼唤前因对呼唤感知的影响机制。研究结果为个体感知呼唤提供了系统化的发展路径,有助于更广泛的社会群体获得职业呼唤。未来可以探索呼唤感知的其他前因变量及干预方式,探讨呼唤感知到呼唤实现的作用机制和影响因素。Career calling is a high-level career orientation that focuses on spiritual pursuits and is associated with many positive work outcomes.However,the reality is that most individuals do not perceive call,so systematic exploration of call antecedents is of great importance to help individuals better develop call.The article integrates the fragmented call antecedents into three major categories of identity,action and environmental factors based on the meaning construction theoretical framework,and explores the interrelationships among the three factors and their interactions on call perception,further clarifying the mechanism of call antecedents'influence on call perception.The results of the study provide a systematic developmental path for individual perceived callings and contribute to the broader social group's access to occupational callings.Other antecedent variables of call perception and intervention modalities can be explored in the future to explore the mechanisms of action and influencing factors from call perception to call realization.
