摘 要:目的 优选参菖益智胶囊中人参与石菖蒲的配伍比例。方法 采用有效成分测定和Morris水迷宫实验相结合方法,以有效成分人参皂苷(人参皂苷Rg1、Re、Rb1)转移率和药效学指标联合评价,优选人参与石菖蒲的最佳配伍比例。结果 人参与石菖蒲2:3配比组,3种人参皂苷的转移率较2:1配比组显著提高,与2:5配比差别不大。人参与石菖蒲具有改善小鼠痴呆引起的学习记忆障碍作用,以人参与石菖蒲2:3配比组效果最佳。结论人参皂苷指标成分转移率和药效学结果呈正相关,筛选得人参与石菖蒲的最佳配比2:3,为参菖益智胶囊的后续研究与开发提供参考。Objective To optimize the compatibility proportion of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma in Shenchang Yizhi Capsules.Methods The compatibility proportion of Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma was optimized by the combination of effective ingredient determination and Morris water maze test,and the transfer rate of ginsenosides(ginsenoside Rg1,Re,Rb1) and pharmacodynamic indexes were evaluated.Results The transfer rate of 3 ginsenosides of the group with compatibility proportion of 2:3 was significantly higher than that of the group with compatibility proportion of 2:1,and was of no significant difference with that of the group with compatibility proportion of 2:5.Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma and Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma could improve the learning and memory impairment caused by dementia in mice,and the group with compatibility proportion of 2:3 showed the best effect.Conclusion The transfer rate of ginsenosides was positively correlated with the pharmacodynamic results.The optimal compatibility proportion of 2:3 was screened,which can provide reference for the follow-up research and development of Shenchang Yizhi Capsules.
