摘　　要：本文主要研究讨论了小容量注射剂中碳化问题的影响因素和控制措施。通过对制剂本身、包材、生产设备等方面进行分析,得出产生碳化的原因,并就对应的原因制定相应的预防和处理措施,以降低碳化发生概率,提高小容量注射剂的安全性和可靠性。The influencing factors and control measures of carbonization in small volume injections are discussed in this paper.Through the analysis of the preparation itself,packaging materials,production equipment and other aspects,the causes of carbonization are obtained,and corresponding prevention and treatment measures are formulated for the corresponding causes to reduce the probability of carbonization and improve the safety and reliability of small volume injections.
