摘  要:中国特色研究生教育制度优势决定着研究生教育治理现代化的价值逻辑。在新时代背景下,中国特色研究生教育制度优势作为推进研究生教育高质量发展的关键,彰显党的全面领导的基源性优势、研究生教育的人民性的价值性优势、集中力量办大事的运行性优势以及全面依法治教的保障性优势。从转化的指向性出发,中国特色研究生教育制度优势的转化需遵循“价值-效能”逻辑、“制度-效能”逻辑以及“治理-效能”逻辑。基于此,为有效推进制度优势转化为治理效能,应实现中国式现代化研究生教育治理理念、形塑多元主体共治的研究生教育治理机制、建立健全研究生教育法律法规体系以及构建数据驱动的研究生教育治理范式。The institutional advantages of graduate education with Chinese characteristics determine the value logic of graduate education governance modernization.In the context of the new era,the advantages of the graduate education system with Chinese characteristics,as the key to promoting the high-quality development and modernization of education,demonstrate the fundamental advantages of the overall leadership of the Party,the value advantages of people-centered,and the operational advantages of concentrating on major tasks,and the guarantee advantages of comprehensively governing education according to law.Based on the direction of transformation,the transformation of the advantages of graduate institutions with Chinese characteristics must follow the logic of“value-efficiency”,“institution-efficiency”and“governance-efficiency”.Based on this,in order to effectively promote the requirement of transforming institutional advantages into governance efficiency,it is necessary to realize the Chinese-style modernization of graduate education governance concepts,shape the graduate education governance mechanism of multisubject co-governance,establish and improve the legal system of graduate education,and build a data-driven governance paradigms for graduate education.
