产学研合作企业吸收能力提升的案例研究

摘　　要：本研究在吸收能力理论研究成果的基础上提出产学研合作企业吸收能力提升的理论分析框架,运用案例分析的方法,以亚信科技的产学研合作实践为样本,探析企业发展过程中在不同维度提升影响吸收能力的组织内外部因素。研究表明,企业通过产学研合作充分利用外部优势知识资源,同时积极有效配置企业内部组织资源,推进社会支持体系和企业内部支持体系相结合,对吸收能力的提升起到了有利的促进作用,吸收能力的提升积极有效的提升了企业创新绩效。Based on the theoretical research results of absorption capacity,this study proposes a theoretical analysis framework for the improvement of the absorption capacity of industry-university-research cooperative enterprises.Then taking the practice of industry-university-research cooperation of Asiainfo as an example,it explores the internal and external factors that affect the improvement of absorption capacity in different dimensions during the development with the method of case analysis.The results show that the enterprise has made full use of their external advantageous knowledge resources through industry-university-research cooperation while allocating their internal organizational resources in an active and effective manner as a way to promote the combination of social support systems and internal support systems.That has played a beneficial role in promoting the improvement of their absorption capacity,which has further improved their innovation performance effectively.
