摘　　要：话语转述是刑事庭审互动中高频出现的一种语言表达形式,庭审互动中庭审参与者运用转述话语的过程也是话语角色构建的过程。以劳荣枝案的庭审话语为语料,以言据性和话语角色理论为理论框架,对刑事庭审互动中公诉人转述他人话语的动因和公诉人如何通过转述他人话语构建不同的话语角色以实现自己的话语目的进行深入分析并发现:公诉人转述他人话语的原因在于提供公正、可靠和权威的证据来还原案件事实真相。公诉人在使用转述话语过程中构建了报道者、传声筒和发言人三个话语角色并实现了以下功能:以更权威的方式揭露被告人话语前后的矛盾;强调整个案件的重点;增加自己所述话语的可靠性和权威性。Discourse reporting is a form of language expression that occurs frequently in criminal trial interaction.The process of using reporting discourse by trial participants in trial interaction is also the process of constructing discourse roles.Based on the theoretical framework of evidentiality and discourse role theory,the authors take the trial discourse of Lao Rongzhi case as the corpus,and make an in-depth analysis of the motivation of prosecutors’reporting others’discourse in criminal trial interaction and how prosecutors construct different discourse roles to achieve their own discourse purpose by reporting others’discourse.It is found that the reason why prosecutors report others’discourse is to provide fair,reliable and authoritative evidence to restore the truth of the case.In the process of using the reporting discourse,the prosecutor constructs three discourse roles of reporter,microphone and spokesman and realizes the following functions:exposing the contradictions before and after the defendant’s discourse in a more authoritative way;emphasize the focus of the whole case;increase the reliability and authority of the discourse.
