摘　　要：在党的二十大强调推动碳达峰中和的背景下,以碳排放交易市场与企业价值为研究对象,对两者进行相关性研究。将从以下四个部分进行研究,整理碳排放交易市场和企业价值的国内外研究文献,构建我国碳交易市场对碳排放量不同的企业价值影响的机制框架,梳理我国碳交易市场和纳入企业的现状,并结合党的二十大报告中提出的碳达峰碳中和目标为企业提出相应的政策建议。Under the background that the 20th National Congress of the party emphasizes the promotion of carbon peaking,this paper takes the carbon emission trading market and enterprise value as the research object,and studies the correlation between them.This article will study from the following four parts,collate domestic and foreign research literature on carbon emission trading market and enterprise value,build the mechanism framework of Chinese carbon trading market influence on different enterprise value of carbon emission,sort out the present situation of Chinese carbon trading market and incorporation of the enterprise,and put forward relevant policy suggestions for the enterprise according to the goal of carbon emission peak and carbon neutrality put forward by the report to the 20th National Congress of the party.
