摘　　要：科技的发展将促进企业信息集成技术不断优化与完善。大型企业广泛运用信息化管理手段,融合计算机技术与信息资源,建立企业内部信息化综合管理体系,并持续优化、改进,有助于推动企业提高整体经营效果,进一步提高企业竞争力。针对大型企业信息化集成管理需要注意的问题与集成管理系统应用现状进行阐述,提出了优化信息化管理内控系统、优化集成管理系统网络质量监控、优化观念意识、增强综合管理能力,强化质量监控等优化措施,以期提升企业整体经营能力,推动企业的信息化建设。The development of science and technology will promote the continuous optimization and improvement of enterprise information integration technology.Large-scale enterprises widely use information management tools,integrate computer technology and information resources,establish an integrated information management system within the enterprise,and continuously optimize and improve it,which helps to promote the overall business effectiveness of the enterprise and further improve its competitiveness.The problems that need to be noted in the integrated management of large enterprises and the current situation of the application of integrated management systems are explained,and optimisation measures such as optimising the internal control system of information management,optimising the quality monitoring of the network of integrated management systems,optimising the awareness of concepts,enhancing the comprehensive management capacity and strengthening quality monitoring are proposed,with a view to improving the overall management capacity of enterprises and promoting the construction of information technology in enterprises.
