摘　　要：地铁车辆空气压缩机是制动系统关键供风部件,出现故障将直接影响行车安全。因此,对空气压缩机常见的油乳化故障进行研究,从乳化的关联因素及机理等方面分析空压机油乳化成因,制定相应的对策,从而解决空压机油乳化问题,确保行车安全。The air compressor of subway vehicles is a key air supply component of the braking system,and its failure will directly affect driving safety.Therefore,the common oil emulsification failures of air compressors were studied,and the causes of air compressor oil emulsification were analyzed from the related factors and mechanisms of emulsification,and corresponding countermeasures were formulated to solve the problem of air compressor oil emulsification and ensure driving safety.
