摘 要:目的调查护理人员抑制性建言现状并探讨其影响因素。方法采用抑制性建言量表、真实型领导量表、大五人格量表对187名护理人员进行调查。结果护理人员抑制性建言量表得分为(18.28±4.24)分,处于中等水平;多元线性回归分析显示,抑制性建言的影响因素依次为护理人员感知到的管理者的信息平衡加工能力、护理人员的职称和外倾性特征。结论护理管理者应提升真实型领导水平,营造积极和谐的护理工作氛围,建立公平公正的建言奖惩制度,鼓励护理人员主动建言献策,推动护理事业的持续发展。Objective To investigate the current situation of inhibitory suggestions among nursing staff and explore its influencing factors.Methods A survey was conducted on 187 nursing staff using the Inhibitory Suggestion Scale,Authentic Leadership Scale,and TIPI-C Scale.Results The score of the Inhibitory Suggestion Scale for nursing staff was(18.28±4.24),which was at a moderate level.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of inhibitory suggestions were the perceived information processing ability of managers,nursing staff′s job title,and extraversion.Conclusion Nursing managers should improve their authentic leadership skills,create a positive and harmonious nursing work atmosphere,establish a fair and just system for suggestions and rewards,encourage nursing staff to actively make suggestions and recommendations,and promote the sustained development of the nursing profession.
