摘 要:目的了解五年制高职护生心理健康状况的动态变化过程,为开展护生心理健康教育、护理教育提供依据。方法采用症状自评量表对广西某校五年制高职护理专业2017级新生开展追踪调查。结果2017—2021年,护生9个因子得分较低,其中2021年各因子得分显著低于全国青年常模。年际比较发现,强迫症状、人际关系敏感、偏执、精神病性4个因子得分在不同年份间有显著性差异。随机选取同期三年制高职实习护生进行比较,五年制高职护生8个因子得分显著低于三年制高职护生。结论五年制高职护生心理健康状况良好,其心理健康状况呈先改善、后下降、再改善的波动变化,实习期间,该群体的心理健康状况比三年制高职护生好。Objective To learn the dynamic change process of the mental health of five-year higher vocational nursing students,this paper provides a basis for the mental health education and nursing education of nursing students.Methods The symptom self-evaluation scale was used to carry out the tracking survey of 2017 nursing major of a five-year higher vocational nursing students in Guangxi.Results From 2017 to 2021,nine nursing factors had lower scores,and the scores of each factor were significantly lower in 2021 than the national youth norm.Interannual comparison found that the scores of compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,paranoia and psychosis were significantly different between years.The three-year nursing students were randomly selected for comparison,and the scores of 8 factors of five-year nursing students were significantly lower than that of three-year nursing students.Conclusion The mental health status of five-year higher vocational nursing students is good,and their mental health status is first improved,then decreased,and improved.During the internship,the mental health status of this group is better than those three-year vocational college nursing students.
