摘　　要：加强党内法规学习教育以深入推进依规治党是二十大之后党内法规工作的必然面向。开展党内法规学习教育既是有关党内法规及党内规范性文件的规定要求,也是全面从严治党与全面依法治国的客观需要,还是永葆党的先进性与纯洁性的历史经验总结,具有重大现实意义。党内法规学习教育具有法治教育、政治教育和道德教育三项基本功能,要使其基本功能得到充分实现,就必须建立健全党内法规学习教育制度体系、加强党内法规高素质人才队伍建设、强化全党崇尚党内法规学习教育的氛围。Strengthening the study and education of intra-party laws and regulations,so as to further promote the Party’s rule by regulations,is the inevitable orientation of the work of intra-party laws and regulations after the 20th National Congress of CPC.Carrying out the study and education of intra-party laws and regulations is not only the internal requirement of intra-party laws and regulations and normative documents,but also the objective requirement of comprehensively administering the Party strictly and comprehensively administering the country according to law.It is also the historical experience summary of always maintaining the Party’s advancement and purity,holding great practical significance.The study and education of intra-party laws and regulations has three basic functions:legal education,political education and moral education.To fully realize its basic functions,we must establish and improve the intra-party laws and regulations study and education system,strengthen the construction of the intra-party laws and regulations education team,and strengthen the intra-party atmosphere of advocating the inner-party laws and regulations study and education.
