摘　　要：microRNAs(miRNAs)是一组小的非编码RNA,在恶性肿瘤的生物过程中发挥着关键作用。miR-4516是其主要成员之一,在多种肿瘤中异常表达,与肿瘤的侵袭、转移、预后及对化学药物敏感性等密切相关,具有重要的临床研究价值。该文对miR-4516在消化系统肿瘤、胶质母细胞瘤、乳腺癌、视网膜母细胞瘤、甲状腺癌等恶性肿瘤中的研究进展作一综述。MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are a group of small non-coding RNAs,which play the key roles in the biological process of malignant tumors.MiR-4516,one of the main members of miRNAs,is abnormally expressed in a variety of tumors and is closely related to tumor invasion,metastasis and prognosis,and is sensitive to chemical drugs,which has important clinical research value.This paper reviews the research progress of miR-4516 in digestive system neoplasm,glioblastoma,breast cancer,retinoblastoma and thyroid cancer.
