论传统“和”文化及其在乡村振兴中的运用

摘　　要：传统“和”文化源远流长,蕴育着丰富的哲理,“和”文化的传承与发展为乡村振兴提供了闪耀的智慧支持。文章分析了源远流长的“和”文化以及传统“和”文化中的“和而不同”“和实生物”“礼乐之和”“天人合一”“和合五教”等思想在乡村振兴中所具有的重要时代价值。运用“和”文化的理念指导和解决乡村产业振兴、人才振兴、文化振兴、生态振兴、组织振兴中存在的矛盾与冲突,以期为建设“产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕”的富美乡村提供借鉴与参考。The traditional culture of“Harmony”has a long history,which is rich in philosophy.The inheritance and development of“Harmony”culture provides brilliant wisdom support for rural revitalization.The ideology of“harmony in diversity”“harmony producing new things”“the harmony of rites and music”“heaven and man in one”“The five religions of harmony”in the Chinese traditional culture of“Harmony”,is of great value to the times in Rural Revitalization.Therefore,traditional culture of“Harmony”should be made full use to promote the revitalization of rural areas,expecting to provide reference to the construction of eco-livable,well-off and beautiful villages with industrial prosperity and effective governance.
