摘　　要：为推动我国飞行员技能全生命周期管理体系(PLM)建设,基于完善循证训练(EBT)底层数据链的重要性,本文采用威胁与差错管理(TEM)模型,以驾驶舱催化剂(飞行员领导力和沟通能力、有意违规行为)为例,研究航线运行安全评估(LOSA)在EBT中的具体应用场景,结果表明:LOSA可以有效打通日常运行和飞行训练,以独特视角发挥安全洞察作用。In order to promote the construction of the professionalism lifecycle management system(PLM)for pilot skills in China,considering the importance of improving the underlying data chain of evidence-based training(EBT),this paper adopts the TEM model,taking the cockpit catalysts(pilot leadership and communication skills,intentional violations)as examples,and studies the specific application scenarios of LOSA in EBT.The results show that:LOSA has connected daily operations and flight training,and played a role of safety insight from a unique perspective.
