疫情防控下高校“1421”学生教育管理模式的实践研究

摘　　要：疫情防控期间加强对学生的教育与管理,既是妥善处理疫情的有效途径,也是构建和谐校园的应有之义。通过对疫情防控期间高校学生教育管理现状进行调查,发现许多高校学生管理工作还存在很多问题,不能适应目前重大疫情频繁发生的现实情况。本文通过对样本院校采用“1421”学生管理模式,针对该院1363名学生进行教育和管理实践,取得了一定成效,积累了一些经验,希望能为疫情防控下高校学生管理工作提供一定理论指导和实践指南。Strengthening the education and management of students during the period of epidemic prevention and control is not only an effective way to deal with the epidemic situation,but also the necessity of building a harmonious campus.By investigating the current situation of college students5 education and management during the period of epidemic prevention and control,it is found that there are still many problems in the management of college students,which can not adapt to the current situation of frequent occurrence of major epidemics.By adopting the“1421”student management mode in the sample college,the education and management practice for the 1363 students in the college has been carried out,which has achieved certain results and accumulated some experience.It is hoped to provide some theoretical and practical guidance for the management of college students under epidemic prevention and control.
