摘　　要：目的:通过在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma, OSCC)组织样本中研究酪氨酸蛋白激酶7(protein tyrosine kinase 7, PTK7)的表达,分析PTK7蛋白的表达在OSCC中的作用及对患者预后的影响。方法:选取OSCC组织样本总共113例,采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结(streptavidin perosidase, SP)法检测PTK7蛋白的表达,结合OSCC发展、预后等临床相关因素进行卡方检验及Kaplan-Meier生存分析等统计学分析。结果:113例OSCC组织标本中有70例PTK7蛋白表达阳性,在癌旁正常鳞状上皮组织中,PTK7蛋白表达为阴性。进一步的分析结果表明,PTK7的表达与OSCC患者的相关影响因素(年龄、性别、分化程度、临床分期、肿瘤大小及局部浸润范围、淋巴结转移等)相比较,差异无统计学意义(P≥0.05);Kaplan-Meier生存分析结果显示,PTK7蛋白表达阴性组的总生存率显著高于阳性组(P<0.05)。结论:PTK7的检测有助于综合判断OSCC的临床预后,提示PTK7作为OSCC的预后指标值得深入研究。Objective:To evaluate the expression of protein tyrosine kinase 7(PTK7)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),and to analyze the role of PTK7 protein expression in OSCC and its impact on the prognosis of patients.Methods:We collected 113 specimens of OSCC,and the PTK7 protein expression was determined by streptavidin perosidase(SP)method.The chi‐square test and Kaplan‐Meier analysis were used for the analysis of the expression of PTK7 protein and the OSCC clinical related factors.Results:In the 113 OSCC specimens,PTK7 protein expressed positive was found in 70 cases,PTK7 protein expressed negative was found in the para‐cancer area.The PTK7 expression intensity was not significantly associated with the patients'age,gender,differentiation degree,clinical stage,tumor size,local infiltration extent and lymph node metastasis(P≥0.05).Kaplan‐Meier survival analysis showed that the survival rate of PTK7 negative patients was significantly higher than that of positive patients(P<0.05).Conclusion:These findings suggested that the detection of PTK7 protein may aid in the comprehensive assessment of OSCC outcome.Further research for direct measurement are needed.
