摘　　要：高校科研平台实验技术管理人员是提升平台服务质量的关键。多能型实验技术管理人员的轮岗巡查是提升仪器设备使用效率的必要条件。多能型实验技术管理人员轮岗制度的建立有助于缓解科研平台实验技术管理人员队伍结构不合理、队伍不稳定、管理技术水平滞后、学科融合增加的技术难题和实验技术管理人员探索创新动力不足等问题。另外,多能型实验技术管理人员轮岗巡查制度的建立,也有助于减少学生操作过程产生的仪器损坏、实验操作不熟悉带来的实验焦虑和实验室安全事故的发生。也有利于充分发挥大型仪器的价值和作用,推动社会的发展。Lab technician of university scientific research platform are the key to improve the service quality of the platform.Rotation inspection system of multi-functional lab technician is a necessary condition to improve the efficiency of instruments and equipment use.The establishment of a personnel rotation system of multi-functional lab technician helps to alleviate the technical problems of unreasonable team structure,unstable team,lagging management technology level,increased discipline integration,insufficient exploration,and innovation of lab technician in scientific research platform.In addition,the establishment of the personnel rotation inspection system also helps to reduce the occurrence of instrument damage caused by students'operation,experimental anxiety caused by unfamiliar experimental operation and laboratory accidents.It is also essential that the role of large instruments is applied,and social development promoted.
