摘 要:提出用电感-负电阻分流电路来调节惯性作动器的固有频率,使惯性作动器可作为频率可调动力吸振器使用。分析了电感-负电阻电磁分流阻尼的理论模型,随后通过理论和试验分析了惯性作动器固有频率与分流电路参数的关系。以悬臂梁为控制对象,对所设计的可调惯性作动器控制效果进行试验研究。试验结果表明:在保证分流电路系统稳定的前提下,惯性作动器的固有频率随着电感值的降低而增加,惯性作动器的固有频率可以从原来的46.25 Hz调节至111.3 Hz。当惯性作动器固有频率与悬臂梁的固有频率相吻合时,在该固有频率附近悬臂梁的振动幅值降低90%。由此验证了所提出的通过电磁分流电路可以调节惯性作动器固有频率,在不改变惯性作动器物理结构的基础上,使其固有频率能跟踪受控结构的外干扰力频率,就可以充分发挥惯性作动器的吸振能力,最大限度地抑制结构振动。Here,inductance-negative resistance shunt circuit was proposed to adjust natural frequency of an inertial actuator to make inertial actuator be used as a frequency adjustable dynamic vibration absorber.Firsdy,the theoretical model of inductance-negative resistance electromagnetic shunt damping was analyzed.Then,relations between natural frequency of inertial actuator and parameters of shunt circuit were analyzed using theory and tests.Finally,taking a cantilever beam as the control object,the control effect of the designed frequency adjustable inertia actuator was studied through tests.The test results showed that under the premise of ensuring the stability of shunt circuit system,the natural frequency of inertial actuator increases with decrease in inductance value,it can be adjusted from 46.25 Hz to 111.3 Hz;when the natural frequency of inertial actuator coincides with one natural frequency of the cantilever beam,the latter9 s vibration amplitude near this natural frequency decreases by 90%;the proposed electromagnetic shunt circuit can adjust the natural frequency of inertial actuator without changing its physical structure to make its natural frequency track the frequency of external interference force of the controlled structure,thus its vibration absorption ability is brought into full play to suppress structural vibration to the maximum extent.
