摘　　要：采用熔融共混的方法,将黄麻纤维、淀粉以及增塑剂甘油混合,然后使用平板硫化仪制备出具有一定形状的复合材料样品,并对复合材料进行力学性能测试以及实际烟支抽吸模拟测试分析。实验结果表明:①随甘油添加量增加,复合材料加工性能提升,35%添加量下,甘油在基材中分布均匀,各项指标最优;②黄麻纤维可以支撑起整个复合材料,使其在受热后不易软化坍塌,但黄麻纤维破坏了基材的连续性与结构完整性,降低了甘油/淀粉复合材料的热稳定性;③在300℃以下,甘油/淀粉材料不产生有毒有害气体,具有较好热安全性能,黄麻纤维/甘油/淀粉复合材料在200℃以下未见有害气体生成;④经改性后淀粉基复合材料在经过加热后不发生软化坍塌,表面颜色稍有变化,添加黄麻纤维可减小甘油淀粉复合材料热膨胀。[Background]biomass jute fiber,bamboo powder,cornstarch,starch acetate and plasticizer glycerol were mixed by melt blending,and then the composite samples with a certain shape were prepared by flat vulcanization instrument.The composites were then analyzed by mechanics performance testing,characterization and actual cigarette suction simulation test.The results show that:①With the addition of glycerol,the processing properties of the composites were improved.With 35%glycerol,the distribution of glycerol in the substrate was uniform and all the indexes were the best.②The jute fiber could support the whole composite and relain the shape under high temperature.However,the jute fiber destroyed the continuity and structural integrity of the substrate and reduces the thermal stability of the glycerin/starch composite.③The composite materials did not produce toxic and harmful gases under 300℃heated.④After heating,the modified starch matrix composite did not soften and collapse,and the surface color changed slightly.Adding jute fiber could reduce the thermal expansion of the glycerin starch composite.
