摘　　要：通过对硫磺制酸装置焚硫炉的结构及设计原理进行分析,提出在装置运行过程中,焚硫炉液硫磺枪堵塞、喷嘴孔径磨损导致雾化效果差或喷枪泄漏时进行在线安全更换磺枪的可行性,减少不必要的被动停车,为装置“安、稳、长、满、优”运行创造条件。Based on the analysis of the structure and design principle of the sulfur incinerator in the sulfur-burning sulphuric acid plant,it is proposed that during the operation of the plant,the feasibility of online safe replacement of the sulfur lance in case of poor atomization effect or nozzle leakage due to the blockage of the sulfur lance in the sulfur incinerator liquid and the wear of the nozzle aperture,so as to reduce unnecessary passive shutdown,and create conditions for the“safe,stable,long,full and optimal”operation of the plant.
