摘  要:目的探讨基于问题的学习(PBL)联合案例教学法(CBL)在宫颈癌筛查报告解读培训中的应用价值。方法选取2021年4月到2022年12月于广西医科大学第二附属医院体检中心的护理实习生60人为教学对象,按教学模式分为对照组(2021年4月到2022年2月,实施LBL模式)和研究组(2022年3月到2022年12月,实施PBL+CBL模式)各30人。比较两组宫颈癌筛查的理论知识、报告解读成绩。教学结束后,以问卷调查表的形式,对两组护生在宫颈癌筛查报告解读培训的学习兴趣、批判性思维、自学能力、团队协作能力、文献查阅能力和总体满意度方面进行对比分析,综合判断护生对教学模式的满意度。结果研究组护生平均理论知识成绩(40.56±3.01)分、报告解读成绩(40.23±5.74)分均明显高于对照组的(32.56±3.33)分、(32.18±8.45)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组在学习兴趣、批判性思维、自学能力、团队协作能力、文献查阅能力和总体满意度方面均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL联合CBL的教学模式应用于宫颈癌筛查报告解读培训中,可以实现优势互补,有助于加强护理实习生的理论知识,提高报告解读能力,优化教学效果,对提高护理服务质量有着显著作用。Objective To explore the application value of problem-based learning(PBL)combined with case-based learning(CBL)in the training of cervical cancer screening report interpretation.Methods 60 nursing interns from the Physical Examination Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from April 2021 to December 2022 were selected as teaching subjects.They were divided into a control group(implementing the LBL model from April 2021 to February 2022)and a research group(implementing the PBL+CBL model from March 2022 to December 2022),with 30 participants each.The two groups were compared in the theoretical knowledge of cervical cancer screening and the results of report interpretation.After the teaching,the nursing students in the two groups were compared and analyzed in the aspects of learning interest,critical thinking,self-learning ability,teamwork ability,literature review ability and overall satisfaction in the cervical cancer screening report interpretation training in the form of questionnaire,so as to comprehensively judge the nursing students'satisfaction with the teaching mode.Results The average theoretical knowledge(40.56±3.01)points and report interpretation(40.23±5.74)points of nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(32.56±3.33)points and(32.18±8.45)points,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had higher learning interest,critical thinking,self-learning ability,teamwork ability,literature review ability and overall satisfaction than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the teaching model of PBL and CBL in the training of the interpretation of cervical cancer screening reports can realize complementary advantages,help to strengthen the theoretical knowledge of nursing interns,improve the ability of report interpretation,optimize the teaching effect,and play a significant role in improving the quality of nursing services.
