摘　　要：“肺藏于右”出自《黄帝内经》,历代医家对其认识存在争议。“肺藏于右”理论的内涵包括:肺为脏腑之长,位置最上,可以抵御外邪;肺应于右,通于秋气,在西为金,易受燥热之邪侵犯;肺行于右,与肺气输布相关,朝百脉,主治节;肺降于右,为水上之源,属兑卦,主肃降。临床应用“肺藏于右”理论时,应全面掌握“肺藏于右”的各家思想,结合实际辨证应用,方能得心应手。The theory that"The lung is hiding on right"comes from Huang Di Nei Jing,and there have been controversies among medical scholars throughout history regarding its understanding.The connotation of the theory of"Lung hiding in the right"includes the followings:the Lung is the longest of the organs,is located at the top,and can resist external evil factors;The lung is on the right,is connected to autumn Qi,and belongs to Gold Element being in the west,is susceptible to the invasion of Dryness and Heat;The Lung Qi runs on the right side and is related to the distribution of Lung Qi.It regulates the hundred meridians and is mainly used for management of the body;The Lung Qi descends on the right,serving as the source of Water,belonging to the Dui divination,and controlling the descending of Qi.When applying the theory of"Lung hiding in the right"in clinical practice,it is necessary to comprehensively grasp the various meaning of the theory and to combine them with practical dialectical applications in order to be proficient.
