补气通络方加减治疗气虚血瘀型乳腺癌患者化疗后手足皮肤反应的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察补气通络方加减治疗气虚血瘀型乳腺癌白蛋白结合型紫杉醇化疗相关性手足皮肤反应的临床效果。方法选取2021年6月至2022年10月福建中医药大学附属第三人民医院收治的108例白蛋白结合型紫杉醇化疗相关性手足皮肤反应气虚血瘀型乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(54例)与观察组(54例)。对照组采用西药治疗,观察组在西药基础上联合补气通络方加减治疗。比较两组的手足皮肤反应分级、临床疗效、中医症状评分、卡氏功能状态评分(KPS)以及不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手足皮肤反应分级改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的KPS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的中医症状评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补气通络方加减治疗气虚血瘀型乳腺癌白蛋白结合型紫杉醇手足皮肤反应可改善手足皮肤反应分级,提高临床疗效,恢复体力状况,与对照组相比,并未增加不良反应,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Buqi Tongluo Decoction in the treatment of breast cancer of qi deficiency and blood stasis type with Albumin Binding Paclitaxel chemotherapy related hand-foot skin reaction.Methods A total of 108 patients with breast cancer of qi deficiency and blood stasis type with Albumin Binding Paclitaxel hand foot skin reaction admitted to the Third Affiliated People's Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(54 cases)and the observation group(54 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Modified Buqi Tongluo Decoction on the basis of western medicine.The grading of hand foot skin reaction,clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,Karnofsky performance status(KPS)score and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The overall effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of hand and foot skin response grade in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The KPS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The Modified Buqi Tongluo Decoction for breast cancer of qi deficiency and blood stasis type Albumin Binding Paclitaxel hand and foot skin reactions can improve the grading of hand and foot skin reactions,improve clinical effi
