摘　　要：目的探讨园艺工作坊护理模式在女性精神分裂症患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年10月至2021年7月福建省福州神经精神病防治院收治的132例女性精神分裂症患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与干预组,每组各66例。对照组脱落5例,干预组脱落3例,最终对照组完成61例,干预组完成63例。对照组给予常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上采用园艺工作坊护理模式。比较两组不同时间多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果两组患者干预后2、4、6周TAS-20评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组干预2、4、6周的TAS-20评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预后2、4、6周HAMD评分均低于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者干预后2、4、6周HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论园艺工作坊护理模式有助于改善女性精神分裂症患者述情障碍,缓解抑郁症状,增强其情感表达能力,且效果显著。值得临床广泛应用。Objective To explore the application effect of gardening workshop nursing model in female schizophrenics.Methods A total of 132 female patients with schizophrenia admitted to Fuzhou Neuropsychiatric Hospital from October 2020 to July 2021 were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and intervention group,with 66 cases in each group.There were 5 cases of shedding in the control group,3 cases in the intervention group,61 cases in the control group and 63 cases in the intervention group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the experimental group adopted gardening workshop nursing model on the basis of routine nursing care.The scores of Toronto alexithymia scale(TAS-20)and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)were compared between the two groups at different time points.Results TAS-20 scores of two groups at 2,4 and 6 weeks after intervention were lower than those before intervention,with statistical significances(P<0.05).TAS-20 scores of the intervention group at 2,4 and 6 weeks were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).HAMD scores in two groups at 2,4 and 6 weeks after intervention were lower than those before intervention,with statistical significances(P<0.05).HAMD scores in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group at 2,4 and 6 weeks after intervention,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion Gardening workshop nursing model is helpful to improve alexithymia of female schizophrenic patients,relieve depressive symptoms,and enhance their emotional expression ability,with significant effect.It is worthy of extensive clinical application.
