基于5E理论的康复护理结合积极心理学干预对溃疡性结肠炎患者健康行为、应对方式及再生黏膜功能学成熟度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于5E理论的康复护理结合积极心理学干预在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年4月至2021年4月我院收治的90例溃疡性结肠炎患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组45例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上实施基于5E理论的康复护理结合积极心理学干预。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的心理、营养、运动、健康责任评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,回避、屈服评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的表皮生长因子(EGF)、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的生理、心理、社会适应性评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于5E理论的康复护理结合积极心理学干预应用于溃疡性结肠炎患者中的效果显著,有助于促进其健康行为、应对方式及再生黏膜功能学成熟度改善,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation nursing based on 5E theory combined with positive psychology intervention in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods A total of 90 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out rehabilitation nursing based on 5E theory combined with positive psychology intervention on this basis.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the psychology,nutrition,sports and health responsibility scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the avoidance and yield scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,epidermal growth factor(EGF)and prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2))levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiology,psychology and social adaptability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on 5E theory combined with positive psychology intervention has a significant effect in patients with ulcerative colitis,it can ameliorate health behavior,coping style and functional maturity of regenerative mucosa,and improve quality of life,which is worth promoting.
