摘　　要：村镇建筑安全性普遍不高,易受洪灾影响造成损失,严重阻碍乡村经济的发展,对其进行洪灾损失评估是减灾救灾科学决策的辅助保障。本文以村镇建筑为研究对象,在洪灾危险性和洪灾易损性分析的基础上,从村镇建筑洪水灾害损失中致灾因子、孕灾因子、承灾因子三个方面确定评估指标,构建洪灾损失综合评估指标体系,确定评估标准。研究成果为村镇建筑在洪水灾害中的损毁评估研究提供参考依据,为乡镇防灾减灾决策提供技术支撑。Rural buildings are generally unsafe and susceptible to flood damage,which significantly impedes rural economic development.Flood damage assessment is crucial for making scientific decisions regarding disaster reduction and relief We focus on rural buildings and analyze the flood hazard and the vulnerability of rural buildings.On this basis,we identify evaluation indicators from three aspects:disaster-inducing factors,disaster-breeding environment,and disaster-bearing factors.We then construct a comprehensive flood damage assessment index system and establish the evaluation criteria.The research findings provide valuable insights for assessing flood damage to rural buildings and offer technical support for disaster reduction and relief decision-making in rural areas.
