新农科背景下农工融合创新人才培养模式探究——以仲恺农业工程学院农业工程专业建设为例

摘　　要：响应新农科人才培养导向指南及国家科教兴农战略,仲恺农业工程学院积极探索农工交叉融合培养应用型创新人才培养模式。本文从专业建设背景入手,以机械工程专业为基础建设农业工程专业,构建了地方农林院校农工交叉融合专业人才培养模式,包括课程体系建设、师资团队构建等,并通过实践证明新农科新工科融合背景下这种模式有利于提高学生的创新能力和对知识的应用能力,为新农科教育和地域三农建设提供一定参考价值。In response to the new agricultural talent training guidance and the national strategy of invigorating agriculture through science and education,Zhongkai University of Agricultural and Engineering have actively explored the innovative talent training mode of agro-industrial integration.Starting from the background of professional construction,this paper constructs the innovative talent training mode of agro-industrial integration based on mechanical engineering and agricultural engineering,including the construction of curriculum system,the construction of teacher team.The practice has proved that the model is conducive to improving students'innovation ability and knowledge application ability under the background of new agricultural and new industrial sciences,and provides certain reference value for new agricultural science education and regional construction of agriculture.
