关于在高校设立党委国防动员工作部的思考

摘　　要：随着国内国际格局发生复杂而深刻的变化,普通高校国防后备力量建设长期以学生军训和军理教学等国防教育为主的单一模式越来越难以满足我国对于综合素质人才培养的要求。如何有效提升这一工作实效,是非常值得研究的问题。基于上述情况,亟需要在普通高校设立国防动员职能部门,充分整合高校分散的国防后备力量建设资源,拓展全新任务使命,为探索构建全新的普通高校国防动员体系打下坚实基础。With the domestic and international pattern has complex and profound changes,the ordinary university national defense reserve forces long as students military training and military theory teaching,and the national defense education is given priority to single mode,more and more difficult to meet to the requirement of the comprehensive quality cultivation in our country,how to effectively improve the work efficiency,it is very worthy of study.Based on the above situation,it is urgent to establish functional departments of national defense mobilization in colleges and universities,fully integrate the scattered resources for the construction of national defense reserve forces in colleges and universities,expand new tasks and missions,and lay a solid foundation for the exploration and construction of a new national defense mobilization system in colleges and universities.
