高校体育“五位一体”教学模式构建与实践

摘　　要：以“学练赛融合”为路径,形成“以课堂教学为抓手,传授健康技能;以课外锻炼为延伸,体验健康生活;以课余竞赛为引领,凝炼健康文化;以体质测试为检验,精准健康服务;以课程思政为融合,贯彻立德树人”的“大体育观,大课程观”新局面。本文分析“协同育人,健康促进,学赛融合”“设立运动处方中心,推行精准化服务”“形成健康共同体下的师生健康促进工作模式”等高校体育“五位一体”模式的主要特色。从“五位一体”体育教学模式实践效果以及“五位一体”体育教学模式实施路径两个层面研究广东XX高校体育教学改革经验。With“health promotion”as the goal and“integration of learning,practice and competition”as the path,the“classroom teaching as the starting point to teach health skills”is formed;Taking extracurricular exercise as extension,experience healthy life;Taking the extracurricular competition as the guidance,condense the health culture;Taking physical fitness test as test,providing accurate health service;With the integration of curriculum,ideology and politics,we should carry out the new situation of“big sports view,big curriculum view”.Then,it analyzed the main characteristics of the“five in one”mode of college sports,such as“collaborative education,health promotion,integration of learning and competition”,“establishment of sports prescription center,implementation of precision service”,“formation of health community under the working mode of health promotion for teachers and students”.Finally,from the practical effect of“five in one”sports teaching mode and the implementation path of“five in one”sports teaching mode,we share the Guangdong XX university sports teaching reform.
