汽车门饰板在座椅气囊点爆中的DIC测试应力浅析

摘  要:文章采用DIC(Digital Image Correlation)技术对汽车门饰板在座椅侧气囊点爆时变形及受力情况进行测试,研究了内饰板关键区域的三维光学测试方法,获得门饰板受到气囊点爆时高速撞击产生的变形和云图,通过云图可以表征出毫米级微观区域材料的应变。进一步开发和分析应变数据,计算零件受到的应力。测试结果表明:将实测结果与仿真数据在同一软件中对齐,可以输出相同的网格结点坐标及应变。结合材料高应变拉伸数据及内饰板的应变速率,可以初步预测不同时刻不同区域的应力,为提高仿真准确性提供支持。Deformation and force of vehicle door trim in seat side airbag ignition is tested by digital image correlation technology.3D optical test method for key area of interior trim is studied.Distortion and cloud image generated by high-speed impact of airbag ignition is obtained.The strain of material can be characterized by the cloud image in the micro-area of millimeter level.After further development and analysis of strain data,the stress on the part is calculated.The result shows that the same grid node coordinates and strain can be output after aligning the measured results with the simulation data in the same software.It can preliminarily predict the stress in different areas at different times according to high strain tensile data of material and strain rate of trim,which will provide support to improve simulation accuracy.
