基于《黄帝内经》膏脂理论探讨抑郁症发病机制

摘　　要：膏脂理论来源于《黄帝内经》,现已广泛用于辨治肥胖症、心脑血管疾病及精神障碍等疾病,膏脂化生于饮食五谷,与精血津液同源,而抑郁症的出现是以膏脂异常为源头,气机不畅为基础,痰瘀互结为开始,脏腑失调为表象,抑郁症的发病是一个完整的演变过程,基于《黄帝内经》“膏脂”理论探讨抑郁症的发病,不仅丰富了抑郁症的中医理论学说,同时也为临床指导抑郁症的治疗提供了新方向。The grease theory originates from the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor and is now widely used in the differentiation and treatment of diseases such as obesity,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,and mental disorders.Grease is derived from the grains of diet and is homologous to the essence,blood and body fluids,while depression usually attacks with the abnormality of grease as its source,qi disorders as its foundation,the intermingled phlegm and blood stasis as its beginning,and visceral disorders as its manifestation,undergoing a complete evolutionary process.Based on the grease theory in the Inner Canon of Yellow Emperor,this paper investigates the pathogenesis of depression,which can not only enrich the theory of depression of traditional Chinese medicine,but also provide a new direction for clinically guiding the treatment of the disease.
