摘 要:为研究橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的黏弹性能,明确橡胶颗粒掺量对沥青混合料弹性变形及恢复能力的影响,在无侧限条件下采用沥青混合料性能试验机进行动态模量试验,测定混合料的动态性能在不同加载频率、不同加载温度以及不同橡胶颗粒掺量情况下的变化规律。首先,分析不同加载频率和温度下,混合料动态模量、相位角及车辙因子指标的变化规律。接下来,基于动态模量测试讨论不同橡胶颗粒掺量、不同加载频率以及不同加载温度下的橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的动态性能变化规律。结果表明:橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的黏弹性能较为明显,在低温高频时,混合料表现出更多的弹性性能,在高温低频时,混合料的黏性性质更为明显;少量橡胶颗粒的掺入,增加橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的弹性恢复能力,随着橡胶颗粒掺量增加,混合料弹性增强,可恢复变形增大,弹性恢复时间缩短;沥青混合料试件的动态模量随温度、荷载作用频率和橡胶颗粒掺量出现变动,在试件温度相同条件下,动态模量随着荷载加载频率加快而增大,反之,当荷载加载频率一定时,动态模量随着试件温度增加而减小;当试件温度处于T=10,20,30,40,50℃时,沥青混合料的抗车辙因子随荷载加载频率升高而增大。In order to study the viscoelasticity of crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture,clarify the influence of crumb rubber content on elastic deformation and recovery ability of asphalt mixture,the dynamic modulus test is carried out with asphalt mixture performance testing machine under the unconfined condition to determine the change rules of the dynamic performance of the mixture under different loading frequencies,different loading temperatures and different rubber particle contents.First,the variation rules of the dynamic modulus of mixture,phase angle and rutting factor at different loading frequencies and temperatures are analyzed.Next,the dynamic performance change rules of the crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture under different crumb rubber contents,different loading frequencies and different loading temperatures are discussed.The result shows that(1)The viscoelasticity of crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture is obvious,and the mixture shows more elastic properties at low temperature and high frequency,while the viscous properties of the mixture are more obvious at high temperature and low frequency.(2)The incorporation of a small amount of crumb rubber increases the elastic recovery ability of the crumb rubber modified asphalt mixture,with the increase of crumb rubber content,the elasticity of the mixture is enhanced,the recoverable deformation is increased,and the elastic recovery time is shortened.(3)The dynamic modulus of the asphalt mixture specimen changes with temperature,load frequency and crumb rubber content.Under the same condition of the specimen temperature,the dynamic modulus increases as the load loading frequency accelerates,otherwise,when the load loading frequency is certain,the dynamic modulus decreases as the specimen temperature increases.When the specimen temperature is 10,20,30,40,50℃,the rut resistance factor of the asphalt mixture increases with the increase of load loading frequency.
