河北出入境劳务人员视力损伤现状及因屈光不正导致中重度视力损伤与视力矫正相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨出入境劳务人员视力损伤现状以及因屈光不正导致的中重度视力损伤与视力矫正的相关性。方法选取2020-2022年在河北国际旅行卫生保健中心(石家庄海关口岸门诊部)体检的出入境劳务人员为调查对象,对视力损伤发生率进行分析,并分析不同性别、年龄组间及不同文化水平间因屈光不正导致中重度视力损伤的患病率和可矫正视力率及影响视力矫正的因素。结果共调查10480例出入境劳务人员,按WHO视力损伤标准,轻度或无视力损伤93.20%,中重度视力损伤及单眼盲者6.80%,因屈光不正导致的中重度视力损伤患病率5.49%,占视力损伤者的80.65%。可矫正视力损伤患病率5.30%,占视力损伤者77.98%,占因屈光不正导致视力损伤者的96.70%。不可矫正视力损伤者患病率0.18%,占视力损伤者的2.66%。因屈光不正导致的中重度视力损伤率和可矫正视力率均随年龄的增长而降低、随文化水平的升高而升高,有显著的统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论导致出入境体检劳务人员视力损伤的原因以屈光不正为主,因屈光不正导致的中重度视力损伤经过积极矫正,可有效改善视力状况,显著提高其生活质量。Objective To explore the current situation of visual impairment in immigration labors and the moderate-severe visual impairment caused by refractive errors and visual correction.Methods The immigration laborers who underwent physical examination in Hebei International Travel Health Care Center(Shijiazhuang Customs Port Outpatient Department)from 2020 to 2022 were selected as the survey objects.The incidence of visual impairment was analyzed,and the prevalence of moderate-severe visual impairment caused by ametropia,corrected visual acuity and factors affecting visual correction were analyzed among different genders,age groups and educational levels.Results A total of 10480 immigration workers were investigated.According to the WHO visual impairment standard,93.20%of them had mild or no visual impairment,6.80%had moderate-severe visual impairment and monocular blindness,and 5.49%had moderate-severe visual impairment caused by ametropia,accounting for 80.65%of visual impairment.The prevalence of corrected visual impairment was 5.30%,accounting for 77.98%of visual impairment and 96.70%of visual impairment caused by ametropia.The prevalence of uncorrected visual impairment was 0.18%,accounting for 2.66%of visual impairment.The rate of moderate to severe visual impairment and corrected visual acuity caused by ametropia decreased with age and increased with education level,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).Conclusion The main cause of visual impairment in immigration physical examination workers is ametropia.Moderate-severe visual impairment caused by ametropia can be effectively improved by active correction,which can significantly improve their quality of life.
