摘 要:本文基于SWOT分析法,对仓储式会员店业态中有代表性的山姆、开市客、盒马X会员店进行比较,分别从区位、自有品牌、消费者需求三个方面进行分析,得出三者的优势和劣势及三者所面临的机会和威胁。最终得出结论:山姆会员店提前占据区位优势与忠诚顾客,但面临与开市客的同质化竞争;开市客需要与山姆抢夺顾客资源;盒马X会员店虽然有本土化优势和大数据支持,但可能因为无法专业运营仓储式会员店而成为普通超市。Based on SWOT analysis,this paper compares Sam's Club,Costco and Hema X which are representatives of membership warehouse stores,in terms of location,private brands and consumer demands,and finds out their advantages and disadvantages,as well as the opportunities and threats faced by them.Finally,we conclude that Sam’s Club occupies location advantages and has loyal customers in advance but faces homogeneous competition with Costco;Costco needs to compete with Sam's Club for customer resources;Hema X,although it has localization advantages and support from big data,may become an ordinary supermarket because it cannot operate membership warehouse stores professionally.
