摘　　要：新时代学生作为“网生代”,其思想道德深受网络影响,需要加强网络道德治理。高校在加强网络道德治理、提升大学生网络文明素养、促进良好网络生态的形成等方面有重要作用。文章结合“协同治理”理论,运用SFIC模型作为分析框架对高校网络道德协同治理实施的可能性与必要性进行剖析,探求网络道德治理路径。研究发现,高校网络道德协同治理、制度与协同等方面都存在问题与挑战。针对问题和调整,从构建高校网络道德协同治理的催化、保障与沟通机制角度提出相应对策,促进高校网络道德协同治理增强实效。Universities have great influence on the management of network moral education,the healthy development of college students and the effect of education and teaching.This paper combines the theory of"collaborative governance",using the classical SFIC model as the analysis framework,analyzes the possibility and necessity of the implementation of network moral collaborative governance in colleges,explore the network moral governance path.It is found that there are problems and challenges in the starting,institutional and collaborative aspects in the process of collaborative governance of network ethics in universities.In view of the problems and adjustments,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of constructing the catalysis,guarantee and communication mechanism of the collaborative governance of network morality in universities,promoting collaborative governance of network morality in colleges to enhance effectiveness.
