摘 要:为提高疫情下我国血液保障能力,研究应急血液协同保障绩效评估问题。针对重大疫情应急血液保障特征,总结应急血液协同保障的5大应急主体与22个应急活动,提出应急血液协同评估指标以量化协同效应;基于层次分析法与熵权法得到综合权重,构建考虑协同指标的应急血液保障绩效评估模型。并以疫情期间重庆市的血液保障实践为例进行评估分析。研究表明:模型能有效检验应急血液协同保障绩效,直观反映协同保障中存在的优势及不足,为血液保障协同提供决策依据。To improve China's blood support capacity during the epidemic,and explore the evaluation of emergency blood synergetic support.Considering the characteristics of emergency blood support in major epidemic,five major bodies and twenty-two activities were formed to describe the emergency blood synergetic support process,and evaluation indices of emergency blood synergetic support were proposed to quantify the synergy effect.Then the comprehensive weight was obtained by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight mothed,based on which the evaluation model of emergency blood synergetic support was built considering synergy index.Finally,the blood support practice of Chongqing during the epidemic period was taken as an example for evaluation and analysis.The research shows that the model can effectively evaluate the performance of emergency blood synergetic support,intuitively reflect the advantages and disadvantages of supporting,and provide decision-making basis for blood support in collaborative.
