摘 要:精炼冶炼过程中普遍采用人工方式对钢水进行测温取样,缺点是终点温度和成分均测量的不准确,并存在安全隐患。提出的机器人测温取样技术,智能化控制水平、劳动生产率和产品质量稳步提升,实现了精炼终点温度和成分的全流程控制。新技术的应用,经济效益取得了显著提高,其中每炉次少消耗测温探头1支,每月合金成分降级改判量减少360t,钢水合格率提高0.15%。During the refining and smelting process,manual methods are commonly used for temperature measurement and sampling of molten steel,the disadvantage is that the end point temperature and chemical composition are not measured accurately,and there are hidden dangers.The robot temperature measurement and sampling technology proposed in this paper has steadily improved the intelligent control level,labor productivity and product quality,and realized the whole process control of the temperature and chemical composition of the end point during refining.With the application of the new technology,the economic benefits have been significantly improved,including one temperature probe was reduced per heat,360 tons degradation of alloy composition was reduced per month,and the 0.15%of qualified rate of molten steel was increased.
