摘　　要：新时代的劳模精神传承和发扬了中华民族的伟大精神,对个人和社会的发展都发挥了十分重要的作用。在高职劳动教育中,深入探析新时代劳模精神的内涵与实现路径有助于实现培育时代新人的目的。新时代劳模精神在引领高职院校大学生的思想价值观念的同时,潜移默化地熏陶他们的劳动精神,强化劳动技能,培养劳模精神,在劳动实践课程中实现德智体美全面发展。The spirit of model workers in the new era inherits and develops the great spirit of Chinese nation,and it plays a very important role in the development of individuals and society.In higher vocational labor education,an in-depth analysis of the connotation and realization path of model worker spirit in the new era can help achieve the purpose of cultivating new generation.Model worker spirit in the new era not only guides ideological values of higher vocational college students,but also imperceptibly influences their working spirit,strengthens their labor skills,cultivates model worker spirit,and realizes all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique and beauty from labor practice courses.
