摘  要:为研究牡丹籽油(peony seed oil,PSO)对草鱼急性肝损伤的保护作用,实验设置对照组(0)、CT组(注射四氯化碳,CT)、PSO 2.5组(2.5 g/kg)、PSO 5.0组(5.0 g/kg)和PSO 7.5组(7.5 g/kg)5个处理组,每个处理3个重复,选取草鱼(92.2±15.78)g 75尾,进行为期8 d的试验,期间连续灌喂PSO7 d,末次灌喂3 h后,对照组注射橄榄油,除对照组外其他处理组皆注射2.25 mL/kg CT,24 h后取样;观察草鱼肝胰脏组织形态,检测血清中生化指标及肝胰脏中抗氧化相关酶活性。结果显示,与CT组相比,PSO 2.5组、PSO 5.0组和PSO 7.5组肝细胞的空泡化程度和脂滴含量减少,PSO 7.5组血清中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平也显著降低(P<0.05);PSO 5.0组和PSO 7.5组血清和肝胰脏中的三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量显著低于CT组(P<0.05),而PSO 5.0组血清和肝胰脏中高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量显著高于CT组(P<0.05);PSO 7.5组的血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性显著高于CT组和对照组(P<0.05),PSO 7.5组肝胰脏中SOD和过氧化氢酶(CAT)水平显著高于CT组(P<0.05),且与对照组相比没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明,灌喂不同剂量牡丹籽油均可缓解CT诱导的草鱼肝胰脏脂质蓄积,且灌喂7.5 g/kg牡丹籽油可提高草鱼血清及肝脏中SOD和CAT的活性。研究结果为开发鱼类功能性饲料添加剂提供了基础数据。In order to clarify the protective effect of peony seed oil(PSO)on acute liver injury in grass carp,five treatment groups were set up in this experiment(every group setting 3 repeats):control group(0 g/kg),CT group(CCL4 injection),PSO 2.5 group(2.5 g/kg),PSO 5.0 group(5.0 g/kg)and PSO 7.5 group(7.5 g/kg).75 grass carps(92.2±15.78)g were randomly divided into 15 cages.The experimental period was 8 days:continuous drenching for 7 days,3 h after the last drenching,the control group was injected with olive oil,all treatment groups except the control group were injected with 2.25 mL/kg CT,24 h after sampling.The morphology of hepatopancreas was observed.The biochemical indexes in serum,the activities of antioxidant enzymes in serum and hepatopancreas were detected.The results showed that compared with the CT group,the vacuolization of hepatopancreas cells in PSO 2.5,PSO 5.0 and PSO 7.5 groups was reduced,and the lipid droplets were reduced.The serum ALT and AST levels in the PSO 7.5 group were significantly lower than those in CT group(P<0.05).In serum and hepatopancreas,the con⁃tents of TG and LDL-C in PSO 5.0 group and PSO 7.5 group were significantly lower than those in CT group(P<0.05),while in PSO 5.0 group the content of HDL-C was significantly higher than that in CT group(P<0.05).The activity of SOD in serum of PSO 7.5 group was significantly higher than that in CT group and control group(P<0.05),and the activity of SOD and CAT in hepatopancreas was higher than that in CT group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference with the control group(P>0.05).The results showed that peony seed oil could alleviate CT-induced hepatopancreas lipid accumulation in grass carp,and 7.5 g/kg peony seed oil could also increase SOD and CAT activities in serum and hepatopancreas of grass carp.The results provide basic data for the development of fish functional feed additives.
