摘 要:煤矿井下运输系统在煤炭开采过程中起着至关重要的作用。不同矿井的地质条件、环境因素等情况也是不同的,导致其井下运输方式和设备也有所不同。煤矿井下开采运输过程中受各种各样的因素影响,可能存在较大的安全风险,因此有必要对煤矿井下的运输方式和设备进行细致研究和分析,以保证矿井的安全。以文家坡煤矿为例,对井下主要的煤炭运输方式以及辅助运输方式进行了研究分析,阐述了两种运输方式的设备选型信息,为文家坡煤矿井下运输方式的设计及设备选型提供了基础依据,进一步保障了该矿煤炭开采及运输过程中的安全性和高效性。Underground coal mine transportation system plays an important role in ore and coal mining.The geological conditions and environmental factors of different mines are also different,resulting in different underground transportation methods and equipment.In addition,the process of underground coal mining and transportation is affected by a variety of factors,there may be a greater risk,so it is necessary to carry out a detailed study and analysis of underground coal mining transportation methods and equipment,in order to ensure the safety of coal mining work.This paper took Wenjiapo Coal Mine as an example,discussed the main underground coal transportation and auxiliary transportation modes,and introduced the equipment selection information of these two transportation modes.The purpose of the study is to provide a basis for the design of underground transportation mode and equipment selection of Wenjiapo Coal Mine,and further ensure the safety and efficiency of the coal mine mining and transportation process.
