摘  要:针对基于连通器原理的沉降仪存在精度差的问题,提出一种液位放大系统的沉降测量装置。该装置通过滑轮组件将连通管容器内的液位变化传递给独立容器内的圆柱体铜棒,而圆柱体铜棒竖向位移将引起独立容器内水体液面的变化,最终通过容器底部的传感器观测液位改变量。此改进装置根据圆柱体铜棒和排开水体截面积比值确定放大倍数,从而实现对小位移更精确的测量,提高了沉降测量的精确度。Aiming at the disadvantages of poor accuracy of the sedimentation instrument based on the principle of the communicating device,a sedimentation measuring device of the liquid level amplification system is proposed.The device transmits the liquid level change in the connected tube container to the cylindrical copper rod in the independent container through the pulley assembly,and the vertical displacement of the cylindrical copper rod will cause the change of the water level in the independent container,and finally pass through the bottom of the container.sensor to observe the change in liquid level.The improved device determines the magnification according to the ratio of the cross-sectional area of the cylindrical copper rod and the drained water body,thereby realizing more accurate measurement of small displacements and significantly improving the accuracy of settlement measurement.
