摘　　要：开展跨学科人才创新素养培育研究与实践是当下涉农高校新农科建设提档升级的关键。本文介绍了新农科建设为引领的跨学科人才创新素养培养模式的重要性,并对跨学科人才创新素养培养模式的途径及方法进行了详细介绍,为涉农高校培养爱农业、懂技术、善经营的多元化、复合型卓越农林人才提供参考。Carrying out research and practice on cultivating interdisciplinary talents'innovative literacy is the key to upgrading the construction of new agricultural sciences in agriculture-related colleges and universities.This paper introduces the importance of the cultivation mode of interdisciplinary talents'innovative literacy led by the construction of new agricultural science,and introduces the approaches and methods of the cultivation mode of interdisciplinary talents'innovative literacy in detail,which can provide reference for the cultivation of diversified and composite outstanding agricultural and forestry talents who love agriculture,know technology and good management in agriculture-related universities.
