博思清联合丙戊酸钠治疗急性躁狂症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察博思清联合丙戊酸钠治疗急性躁狂症的临床效果。方法选取2018年10月至2021年10月我院收治的90例急性躁狂症患者,随机分为两组各45例。对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,研究组采用博思清联合丙戊酸钠治疗。比较两组的临床疗效、贝克-拉范森躁狂评分量表(BRMS)评分、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为96.56%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的BRMS评分均较治疗前显著降低,且研究组的BRMS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组的复发率为6.67%,显著低于对照组的22.22%(P<0.05)。结论博思清联合丙戊酸钠治疗急性躁狂症效果显著,可有效缓解患者的躁狂症状,降低复发率,且安全性较高。Objective To observe the effect of Bosiqing combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of acute mania.Methods 90 patients with acute mania admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with sodium valproate,and the study group was treated with Bosiqing combined with sodium valproate.The clinical efficacy,Beck-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale(BRMS)score,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.56%,significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BRMS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the BRMS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference was found in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was 6.67%,significantly lower than 22.22%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Bosiqing combined with sodium valproate in the treatment of acute mania has significant effect and high safety,which can effectively alleviate the manic symptoms of patients,and reduce the recurrence rate.
