摘　　要：目的探讨术前双抗治疗辅助机械取栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)的效果。方法150例AIS患者分为两组各75例,对照组接受机械取栓治疗,观察组接受术前规律双抗治疗联合机械取栓治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、神经功能、血管开通情况及预后。结果观察组的总有效率高于对照组,治疗后1 d、3 d、14 d的NIHSS评分均低于对照组,血管开通率及侧支代偿率均高于对照组,再闭塞率、再出血率及死亡率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论术前双抗治疗辅助机械取栓治疗AIS的效果较好,可促进患者神经功能恢复,提高血管开通率,改善患者预后转归。Objective To explore the effect of preoperative dual antiplatelet therapy assisted mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke(AIS).Methods 150 cases of AIS patients were divided into two groups,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received mechanical thrombectomy,and the observation group received preoperative regular dual antiplatelet therapy combined with mechanical thrombectomy.The therapeutic effect,neurological function,vascular patency and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the NIHSS scores at 1 d,3 d and 14 d after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the vascular patency rate and collateral compensation rate were higher than those of the control group,and the reocclusion rate,rebleeding rate and mortality rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative dual antiplatelet therapy assisted mechanical thrombectomy in the treatment of AIS has good effect,which can promote the recovery of neurological function,improve the vascular patency rate and improve the prognosis of patients.
