摘　　要：目的探讨高压氧护理干预在伴眩晕的全聋型突发性聋患者中的应用效果。方法92例(92耳)伴眩晕全聋型突发性聋患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予高压氧护理干预,比较两组的护理效果、平均听阈以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的总有效率高于对照组,平均听阈低于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧护理干预可有效改善伴眩晕全聋型突发性聋患者的听力,降低治疗期间不良反应发生风险。Objective To explore the application effect ofhyperbaric oxygen nursing intervention in patients with total sudden deafness with vertigo.Methods 92 patients(92 ears)with total sudden deafness with vertigo were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received hyperbaric oxygen nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The nursing effect,average hearing threshold and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the average hearing threshold and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygen nursing intervention can effectively improve the audition of patients with total sudden deafness with vertigo,and reduce the occurrence risk of adverse reactions during treatment.
