摘　　要：目的 探究分析对硬核白内障患者采用小切口非超声乳化白内障手术的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年2月期间内盐城市第三人民医院眼科中102例硬核白内障患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(51例,传统超声乳化术)与观察组(51例,小切口非超声乳化白内障手术)。比较两组患者术后泪膜功能、角膜改善程度以及视力水平。结果 治疗后,观察组患者治疗3个月后的角膜内皮细胞密度为(2.61±0.30)千个/mm^(2),高于对照组的(2.48±0.28)千个/mm^(2),且细胞面积、角膜厚度、主观干眼症评分低于对照组,泪膜破裂时间长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后1 d的视力水平(0.74±0.18)高于对照组(0.66±0.16),差异有统计学意义(t=2.372,P<0.05)。结论 通过小切口非超声乳化白内障手术治疗的硬核白内障患者,视力水平、泪膜功能、角膜细胞均得到显著改善,值得应用和普及。Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery on patients with sclerotic cataract.Methods From January 2021 to February 2022,102 patients with sclerotic cataract in the ophthalmology department of Yancheng Third People's Hospital were selected and divided into control group(51 cases,traditional phacoemulsification)and observation group(51 cases,small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery)according to random number table.The tear film function,corneal improvement and visual acuity of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the density of corneal endothelial cells in the observation group after 3 months of treatment was(2.61±0.30)thousand/mm2,which was higher than that in the control group(2.48±0.28)thousand/mm2,and the cell area,corneal thickness,subjective dry eye score were lower than that in the control group,and the tear film rupture time was longer than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual acuity level of the observation group(0.74±0.18)on the 1 d after treatment was higher than that of the control group(0.66±0.16),and the difference was statistically significant(t=2.372,P<0.05).Conclusion The visual acuity level,tear film function,and corneal cells were significantly improved in patients with sclerotic cataract treated by small-incision non-phacoemulsification surgery,which is worthy of application and popularization.
